Allen County Arrest Records

Allen County arrest records are official records created by law enforcement agencies to document individuals apprehended and detained in Allen County. They are public records under theOhio Public Records Act (OPRA) and, as such, are open for inspection and/or copying by interested persons.

However, certain arrest records or information contained therein is restricted or exempt from disclosure under the OPRA for privacy, confidentiality, and public/personal safety reasons. These include, but are not limited to, juvenile-related arrest records, sealed or expunged information, arrest information related to active investigations, and any information that would reveal the identity of a witness or confidential informant.
