Allen County Divorce Records

Allen County divorce records are generated during divorce proceedings. They document filings, motions, orders, and final decrees in divorce cases. In Allen County, divorces are handled in theDomestic Relations Division of the Allen County Court of Common Pleas. The Clerk of Courts, who is the custodian, creates and maintains divorce records to provide information about divorces that happened in the county. They are considered public records and can be obtained in person at the clerk's office.
